Join us for a four-week discovery course for anyone who would love to try Pilates for beginners or for the first time, and for those wishing to return to Pilates after a break.
Spring-wall & Mat. Using a mixture of the Pilates classical apparatus with its springs for resistance to change your body whilst giving it support.
These courses are designed to teach you all the basic Pilates know-how, and an authentic movement experience so you can continue your Pilates journey with confidence. They can be taken alone, or along side our Discovery package.

- Clients must be able to get up and down from the floor comfortably.
- This is not suitable for serious injury or pregnancy
- This course runs at set times for four consecutive weeks. If you miss you lose your session.
- This course is taught in groups of five persons
The course is designed to take complete beginners through all the key concepts of mat-work and springs. This 4 week course is for those who are fit, well and able to get up and down form the floor. If you have pre-existing injuries, chronic inflammation or any other condition, please call the studio directly.
